The food is good, the waitresses very nice but they need more people working there....

Cuban traditional BKF, 24/7, fast service, at reasonable prices.

Loved the fact that I was able to pick up homemade food after 10pm, very few places open after hours. The food was great and readyso I will definitely keep coming back for my late night cravings.

Very good and fresh food also good prices and something extremely important in these pandemic times, they clean and sanitize the tables after each client.

Chicken was pink! They were super offended I asked for a discount since I lost my appetite from the uncooked food and the manager was so rude said can’t do anything. I have no problem paying as long as my food isn’t going to make me sick! And I still had to pay for it. Horrible horrible customer service never going here again!

Good prices and great food. The best part? It’s open 24 hours! I wish there were more locations because of how good those hours are for customers. Service is good and quick. I’ve had good experiences almost each time. I recommend the avocado salad x50.

At least once a week for breakfast there and is always good, people are nice

Ordered a chicken stake and it was delivered PINK. When I returned it, instead of bringing me a new steak, they brought me the same one. Thankfully cooked this time. Sadly, I had already lost my appetite. When I spoke to the manager about the issue all he said was “sorry, I can’t do anything about that.” The very least he could’ve done was discount the meal or something. He seemed to not have a care about my issue.

Great place for lunch.the food is terrific and the service is excellent

I was there today for the first time (11/12/19) I will never go back to this place, I paid over $16 for this vaca frita and the amount was so little that I feel they stold my money, I've been to other restaurant and I paid the same price and they give me double the amount of food and also this vaca frita had a lot of fat. Good service and great Cuban food.

Great for quick stops from the pickup window for coffee or pastries. The ladies are really nice and accommodating. They usually only speak Spanish, so keep that in mind when ordering. Cortaditos are delicious and their tostadas and croquetas are great too. Have't dined in but have only heard good things as well.

Great food..Latin taste

I've been a customer here for many years. Last night I ordered a bistec a la milanesa and it was the worst I've ever had, anywhere! Lately, my friends have been avoiding Pasapoga because they say the quality has diminished. I thought I would see for myself.The service is still pretty good considering, but the quality of the food is lackluster at best horrible at worst. I wish I would have taken a picture of the miserable steak I was served. It must have been sliced using a ham (deli) slicer. Worst yet, it was burnt, light in the cheese and very little flavor.Please take this critical review in a positive way and try to restore this once honored establishment t back to its former glory. We need good places to eat out west.Thank you,Rolando Avila

We just ordered today from the special menu the fried swordfish we had to throw it away it was not fresh Y husband had the shrimp with pasta in white sauce also wsy out to the garbage .

Very nice server, fast service and really good Cuban food, reasonably priced, and very abundant servings.....I took half of what I ordered home as leftovers for the next day....The interior of the restaurant could use some freshening up, and maybe rethink about doing a seating arrangement revamp because it's way too cramped in there.They have some nice tables outside, but cant see eating out there in this Miami heat and humidity....maybe only during January to March in the evenings.But overall I do recommend the food, service and prices!

Extraordinary. Staff always ready to help, extreme cleanliness, posh atmosphere and delicious food with perfect delivery.All the cuisines were fresh and refreshing. The chefs gave a home-made feeling using the best quality ingredients.The prices are extremely reasonable.

I love the Crema pasapoga. Is a yellow squash cream with potatoes and other carbs and veggies. I love it!!!!

The food is good the service is decent

I had an amazing experience on this place, the food was delicious and the service incredible, the suggestion they made me were right. The shakes were perfect and the Pasapoga burger got me crazy. I will highly recommend this place.

Was there today Sunday at noon,go very often,normally very good.But today the steak overcooked, waitress took order properly, ...rest seemed ok but....got very upset stomack act all afternoon.It's either the water was not clean, or oil used to fry was old and dirty.Never before have we had problem with hygiene, but today my wife and I had the Montezuma revenge.Maybe a new cook? Normally owners are there Sunday's.... Not today,...only gentleman seating guests.You may want to check what's going on, as these things can really affect business.Robert Stanfield

El Pasapoga is a family restaurant with great prices and food. Is really simple but clean and with a great staff. My baby girl loves the Palomilla Pasapoga. Beer is always ice cold too!

Great service and food at a good price.

My experience today was real bad, I order Lacon con Papas. Bad, bad made it , they boil the lacon, all flavor going to the sky, I so not pay for the plate, the mix pizza was very good, the beer was cool, but the cup was dirty. The staff was friendly. I am sorry not come back.

Great food and service, a great place to pass by and order some quick snacks or just sit for a meal. Prices have gone up since they opened, but most of their menu is by far still worth the price.

Is very nice place for outdoor food

People are rude. No kind of etiquette whatsoever. They never understand what you tell them or ask, in any language. It's a shame because they do have some plates that are good. I will not be ordering from them anymore.

Great Cuban food at affordable prices. They are open 24 hours. Hard working waitresses, service is very good. After returning several times they remember your name and your culinary preferences. Highly recommend.

Good tasting Cuban food. The manager was extremely helpful and even gave up a free appetizer. Service was quick and friendly.

Coffee and pastelitos are so good!!! Gurls at the window are very friendly. You can get coffee and an empanada any time cause they open 24 hours. Their pan con bisteck are soooooo good!!! Its my favourite place to get them!!

My first and last time in this place. I always try to emphasize the positive but there is nothing good to say. Poor service , food not recommended and forget about “dessert”
